Over Spring break, we headed to Sedona, AZ.
The main event was a visit to the Grand Canyon!
Stunning views. Cassie said it looked like a painting.
The highlight for the girls was the train ride to the Canyon and back. It was a tourist train ride with "train robbers" that came on board and all. This is them approaching the train. Gwen got a kick out of one of the "robbers" tying her shoe ;)
Lots of swimming, of course, with a beautiful backdrop of the red rocks of Sedona.
And Easter egg hunt and a visit with the Easter bunny!
We took a day trip to a state park outside of Sedona and had a picnic there.
We even visited Montezuma's Castle. It's a 3 story structure built into the cliffs
in the 1400's by native Americans. Pretty impressive!
