Happy Halloween 2013!

Halloween was so much fun this year!  Festivities started yesterday with pumpkin carving and of course, roasted pumpkin seeds (a fave with everyone in the family!)  Then there was Halloween dress up in Gwen's dance class, followed by a party in Cassie's class at school.  1st graders are adorable and still love dressing up :) We headed back to our old neighborhood for trickin' and treatin' and had a blast!  The girls were even more energized than last year and we hit every house.  They scored a lot of candy as you can see by the last photo (and that was only some of it!).

Fortunately, the "Switch Witch" came again this year while we were out tricking and treating and brought a boogie board, slippers, tooth brush and piggy banks.  The girls were all to happy to trade in all their candy in exchange for the goodies left by the Switch Witch (sans 5 pieces each).  They were over the moon, I tell ya!  Win-Win!
