We just closed escrow last week! Our new house, which is already being gutted, sits on a little more than an acre. The house is old and needs a lot of updating, but it definitely has potential :) We won't be moving in until September or so. It's about 2 miles from our current house so the kids will stay at the same schools but it's got more of a country feel. I'll post pictures of the inside when walls go back up! We're in for a ride. Ha!
