As I put Cassie to bed tonight, I was recalling the day we brought her home from the hospital. The conversation went something like this:
Me: Cass, I remember when you were a baby.
Cassie: Really?
Me: Yup. You were so little. I remember when we brought you home.
Cassie: Mom, you have such a good memory.
Me: Aw, thanks Cass!
